I just kind of thought about things I would like, and I was like, "I want a pair of flames on them." And then I started thinking, "oh what if I did something that was like, an embroidery?" And then I thought about, "Oh, what if I did UGG life?" I thought this is kind of the perfect balance between totally the iconic boot as you know them and a twist that I would do. It was kind of like almost the perfect balance. And then we were working on different embroideries, and embellishments, and then that's when I came to this one. I was just like completely over the top with all these flower kind of Swarovski crystals, and beading, and embellishment. I just wanted something that was almost like a couture gown but as a UGG boot. So it's just super cozy ... Super cozy, and couture. adidas new show I guess my best advice is always to try to involve yourself into anything you could. Can you intern somewhere? Could you lend a helping hand? How could you be part of something that you love? Especially with fashion, there's a lot of opportunities I believe. Ask yourself, "Oh I could help dress that show," or, "I could help a friend that's making their own clothes." I mean, when I was a student, I did like everything that I could. Like, I helped sew someone else's clothes, I modeled in someone's something, I helped dress at some place, I helped do PR, I helped with whatever that was available that someone needed in any realm of fashion, I was there. And I wasn't too good to, or too snobby to, or too like, "well, I only want to design," or, "I only wanna do something that's only creative." It's like, I was excited though. And I tried to be within the world of whatever I liked to be. I mean, I was an intern at Moschino PR actually.
