The position entails setting up, cleaning up, and participating in onboard performances, dance parties, and other activities; interacting with guests at scheduled meet and greets and elsewhere on the ship; and "displaying boundless amounts of energy, outgoing attitude, enthusiasm, and self-motivation," all while onboard the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream, and Disney Fantasy cruise ships, as well as on the Castaway Cay private island.
