KPRC exclusively broadcast the footage on Tuesday after a description of the event was included in a lawsuit recently filed by Tigner against United Airlines, Alejandro Anastasia—the customer services rep who allegedly shoved him—and another employee. According to the station, the incident occurred near to the airline's ticket counter, after Tigner had asked Anastasia to reprint his boarding pass, according to the lawsuit. In an interview with KPRC, Tigner's attorney William Hoke said that his client hit his head on the floor and was knocked unconscious, and that none of the United employees looking on helped him. Another passenger, a nurse, stopped to check on Tigner and urged someone to call 911. In a recording of the 911 call obtained by KPRC, a United employee says, "There's a 70-year-old male that had fallen down" and denies knowing the cause of the fall.ContentView Iframe URL sandale under armor supporting the LGBTQ community and/or head over toiamanimmigrant.comto show your support. sandale under armor Backlash to the incident prompted a community meeting.
