My favorite thing about Lara Jean is that she stays really true to herself throughout, and I think that she is someone who is sort of a homebody and definitely more introverted and more in her own head. But then, she is willing to venture out a little bit for other people and find that she also likes that too. Ultimately, she is who she is, and she doesn't change her personality in order to be in a relationship with Peter. By the third film, we really get to see her kind of spread her wings and have her own adventures, and I think it was something that she never really knew that she wanted for herself. When she goes to Korea, she goes to New York, her world just gets a little bit bigger. adidas courtpoint x fans are so dedicated, and they really connect with the characters, and they really love our story. What's great about Margot is that she's always had a very strong sense of self. It's funny, I was saying to Lana and Anna, do you guys realize that in every movie I say the line, "Just make sure it's what you want.” And they were like, "Oh my gosh, it's so true.” I love that Margot is the voice of reason, and everybody's listening to Lara Jean paint this fantastical picture for herself. In exploring her sense of humor, I became more free in my kind of improvisational comedy, which was something I hadn't really played with before.
